This free course touches on the tools found in 'Love.'  This is a solid tool one could use if eating to comfort emotions.  Often, we are completely oblivious to our emotional eating and it isn't until we see empty bags of chips or candy wrappers laying around that we realize how much junk food we've eaten.  Food can provide a temporary relief.  In this free course, we learn a tool to address our discomforts with healthier implications.
