‘Creating’ is course for empowerment. We all grow up with experiences of disempowerment, no matter who we are. This course is about taking our rightful power back and empowering others in the process. Empowerment at ALOT follows a oneness theory meaning, empowerment is always mutual. We will address common issues like doubt. Students come out of this course with a solid tool that empowers us, others, and everything. Course includes teachers notes. A great supportive course for those who have been through abuse. It is also a great for those who have struggled with depression, oppression, colonization, or if you feel like you can't get things going in your life.
