'One' puts the unconditional in unconditoinal-love. Acceptance is the base for Oneness, giving us clarity of our life and an empathy/kindness towards others. This clarity leads to an awareness that can be shocking. Prerequisite, 'Breath of Presence' gives us the skill to address any potential shock gently. We will be refining this skill by exploring several birth-rights to aid in healing and empowerment. 'One' is another foundational tool for all tools taught at ALOT. The skill learned here creates unfathomable potential.
